Welcome Publication Ecosystem
XEROX GIL HATCH CENTER FOR CUSTOMER INNOVATION
The largest digital print showcase in the world, the Xerox Gil Hatch Center is over 100,000 square feet of innovation in action. Helping visitors get the most out of their time there is crucial, as is showcasing the latest in innovative Xerox technology.
Zimmet Group proposed that Xerox do just that with a Welcome publication ecosystem, including content optimized for print, desktop, and mobile consumption—all produced using Xerox software and presses.
Engagement targets were set for the ecosystem that could be measured by Xerox’s software, demonstrating tangible results:

RESPONSIVE + RELEVANT
Zimmet Group developed an engaging design for the Welcome publication that could be easily flexed for print and responsive digital delivery. Links to the publication are sent out promptly once a visitor registers for an event. Content that highlights Xerox innovations, event details, as well as other destinations of interest help visitors plan their trip.
Interactive versions of the Welcome publication boast additional rich features, such as embedded video tours of the facility, customer testimonials, and an interactive Google Map to help plan driving routes.
Additionally, we built an interactive form into the online and app versions of the publication to capture voice-of-customer feedback. Responses feed into a central database and are shared with the appropriate development teams within Xerox to inspire future development.
