XEROX® FREEFLOW® CORE VIRTUAL SALES TRAINING

Xerox is well-known for innovative digital production print technology. Lesser-known, but often equally powerful, are its software offerings that help prepare, monitor, and track print.

Xerox® FreeFlow® Core is one of these offerings. It automates many of the complex file preparation tasks a printing operation would otherwise do manually. Customer feedback provided us with a key insight: operations running FreeFlow Core typically achieved ROI on their press investments faster than those without the software. The irony? Very few reps reported being knowledgeable and confident enough about FreeFlow Core to propose it in a deal.

Zimmet Group used that insight as the basis for developing a highly interactive, virtual training program that positioned FreeFlow Core as a valuable accelerator for new press sales.

Participants reported 100% confidence in discussing FreeFlow Core following their training.

Demystifying the value of software is all about having the right level of human-to-human conversation. Our training was designed to help reps do just that across the full range of decision-makers they may encounter.

Our interactive virtual training sessions provided insights, strategies, and best practices, then gave reps opportunities to practice. Real-time feedback from the facilitator and other participants helped reps refine their skills so they were prepared to engage prospects immediately following the session.

WALKING THE TALK

Demonstrating ROI with FreeFlow Core was just as important as being able to speak to it. As part of our Press Accelerator program, we developed an Automation Tool Kit complete with a calculator and case studies that helps illustrate the software’s financial impacts on a prospect’s organization.
